HELP with Vidal Sassoon ION Steam Rollers!

I just bought these steam rollers, and I am not sure what is the best way to use them. I have 8 weeks of new growth and I am looking to set my hair without serious heat. Has anyone had success with these, and if so how?

I have a set of steam rollers. I basically use them to give my hair some curls at the ends only (like the last few inches or so). I've never tried to roll up to my new growth with them. They're not big enough for me to try that.

I have these rollers. They really work best on hair that is already straight. What are you asking?
