I feel kinda silly...but I don't understand the directions on this box of powder. Its Jamal Sons Hakimi Ubton. There is a little squeeze bottle of Arg-e-Gulab and a bag of powder in the box. The directions read:
For common use in 25gm. UBTON please mix the water or Arq-e-Gulab as usual and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes. By the time of using please mix 5mg. Jasmine oil or Ubton mixing oil and after that please absorb it in your face but leave it on and go for sleeping. There is more but the rest I understand.
Its a 100gm box. So am I supposed to mix 25 gm (1/4 of the entire box) with this little squeeze bottle of 'Arq'? I cannot imagine needing that much to cover my face! And what is 'by the time of using'? Does that mean to mix in oil along with the powder and the 'Arq'?
I've read 5 other threads on this topic and none address exactly how to use it. All you ayurvedic Masters please help a sista out (I mean help a Nikos' cousin out). What do I do with this stuff? I have some tumeric I want to mix in as well.
BTW, I am sitting here with the bag of powder about 2 feet from my face and my eyes are burning. Is that normal?
