help w/ new hair routine. I\'m newly Relaxed 5/04

1. Pretreatment- Shea Butter

2. Shampoo- Ultra plus moisture shampoo

3. Condition- ultra plus moisture conditioner

4. Deep condition- Lekair's (orange), ORS hair mayo conditioner, coconut oil, and castor oil. I cover with plastic cap and warm towel. Rinse.

5. Shea butter (pure)- styling/mainly ponytails. no heat, unless to melt shea butter.

How does this sound? I was wondering if the Lekair's and hair mayo conditioner would be too much conditioning (or Protein). I don't want to over condition my hair. If it's too much, I plan to do the following.....

Deep condition with the ultra plus mositure conditioner with coconut oil and castor oil. Cover with plastic cap and warm towel 30 + mins. Rinse.

I plan to get relaxer touch-ups every 4 months. I use Dudleys' mild.

Thanks in advance for any help

Sounds like a good plan. I would only do one conditionr at a time tough for example, switch up the ultra plus conditioner with the lekairs/ORs so that you get the benefit of both without overloading your hair by using both on same wash. I hope this makes sense . . .

Congrads. on your decision. I am not relaxed but your regimen sounds pretty good, seems like you shouldn't have any problems.
