help w/conditioner wash

what is a good moisturizer to follow up with after a conditioner wash? (something not heavy or w/aloe vera)

Is it ok to follow up w/a deep conditioner or leave in or neither?

Is there more than one condition wash method or just the basic rinse then condition then rinse and go?

Coconut Oil is a great moisturizer to use after a co wash.

Leave-ins are ok to use after you do them. I think the majority of the ladies here use one afterwards. I only started using a leave-in a few months back...so I only use it every now and then.
