Help! Soft 'N Style Spiral Rods

Does anyone know how to use these?



I purchased these from A discount beauty supply. They're made by Burmax. They didn't come with instructions and I tried calling burmax to see if I could get some and they were completely rude and blew me off. Does anyone have these? How do you use them?

It looks like you roll your wet hair using the grooves as a guide.

I have some and can't use them either. I searched the web and can't find any examples. Do yours have the plastic pieces that look like they fit around the roller? I hope someone answers soon. I've had mine for about 6 months now.

Yeah mine have the little plastic pieces that fit around the roller. I saw someone on here had a picture where they had blue and white ones in thier hair, in the gallery but I don't remember who, so I know someone on this board knows how to use these.

So, I called Burmax back, against my better judgement and the CSR there actually helped me this time, she has used them before even though they don't come with directions, she said she will bring some up from the warehouse and email me back with directions on how to use them. So when I get that email I'll post it.
