Hello! I joined this site about a yr ago but I've only been active for about the past two weeks. I have relaxed APL hair and I'm exactly a week post today. I've never been big on taking the best care of my hair and while it always grew and it was considered long to some people it wasn't quite up to my standards.
I'm not sure what products to use or what to do to maintain my growth at all. Currently I co wash at least once a week followed by a deep and then I rollerset. I either wear it curly and pin curl at night or I wear a wrap. Advice on keeping it healthy would be a world of help.
Also I do not understand most of the abbreviations on this site, is there a place I can go to find out what everything means? Thanks in advance everyone!
