I need to know what you ladies us for:

Clarifying Shampoo

Heat protectors

control or get rid of frizz.

i've been looking in the stores and have no clue what to buy.

also what cause your hair to be frizzy and how do you get rid of it. i have always had damage end no matter what i do and i need to know how to cure this.

Clarifying shampoo: Pantene Clarifying shampoo, gets rid of buildup without stripping hair

I rarely use heat but when I do blowdry I make sure I have a leave-in and serum already in my hair

I am a natural so fuzziness comes with the territory, I don't use anything to control it.

does leave in protects your hair as heat protectors do?

Keracare Silken Seal is a great protectant. The bottle says to use it before blowdrying, but I have been putting it on and sitting under the dryer and them flat ironing. It is really good.
