Help please..what's considered the triple silk in CB Smoothe Triple Silk Conditioner?

I really like the results when I use this conditioner but I have no clue what is considered the 'silk' in this product. I know there's some bad ingredients but I still like my results.

The ingredients:
Water, Polyquaternium-32, Mineral Oil, Glycerin Quaternium 80, Dimethicone Copolyol Isostearate, Dimethicone, Panthenol, Propylene Glycol, Methlyparaben, Propylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance.
