Help Please ... How can I achieve these curls w/out heat?

I think using straws will make them waaaay too small ....

If your gonna use straws just airdry, that's all.

Even though my hair is shorter than the pics in the OP, I can get similar looking curls using flexirods. I use them on damp hair; only the very ends are wet. When my hair is wet all over, it makes the curls look too "done" to me. I let my hair airdry overnight. In the morning, I remove the rods and fingercomb. The more I manipulate the curls, the less uniform they become and I'm left with soft, natural-looking curls. HTH
