Hi everyone. I'm new to LHCF. Can you help me with trying to grow thicker and longer hair. What products should I use to acheive this? My hair is to the middle of my back. And has been that way since high school. I use a just for me relaxer and my ends are a mess and need to be cut. My hair looks dead to me. I don't have a style and usually wear a hat or put it in a ponytail. I usually color my hair black with nice and easy. What are some things you girls do on a daily basis? Whatever you ladies are doing it seems to be working! Thanks for your help!

For thicker hair I recommend vitamin b5 (pantothenic acid).

Biotin thickens hair strands as well. Might as well get a vitamin like the Super B Complex for the benefit of all the B vitamins.

Airdrying your hair instead of using heat will make your hair look thicker and retain its thickness as it is growing out of your scalp. My relaxed hair, for example, is naturally thick and since I started airdrying last July, it feels and looks even thicker.

Welcome Aboard.
My hairs thicken up since doing conditioner washes, airdrying
taking b5 for over a year now and using hair thickening products such as J/A/S/O/N Thin to Thick Shampoo and conditioner,Nexxus headress and Pantene Full & Thick conditioner, stretching relaxers was the biggest improvement
and not relaxing bone strait every time.

Hi everybody, thanks for the warm welcome! I do notice that when i airdry my hair it is thicker, but it's dry and looks like a bush. I'm going to try to use some of your tips from the board tonight! Ciao ladies!
