Okay girls,
I have two problems that I don't know how to fix.
1. Since I am on the C&G method, I am now out of braids for a month. My hair is still short so I have limited styles. I had it in a TWA for a week. This week I stretched it into a (pathetic) ponytail. I am worried that I am putting my hair under stress since the ends are exposed and its getting cold. plus I CANNOT STOP TOUCHING IT!!! I am constantly touching the back and pulling the hair to see how long it is, (as if I don't know:wallbash: ). Any tips on stopping this habit????
2.Also, I am still experiencing breakage. Its not that much and my hair is better than before, but breakage is breakage, you know? Could this be from wearing it out in a TWA??? I have been DCing and using oils (WGO,JBCO, etc) but its just not getting to that next level of no breakage!!!
thanks soo much:)

all i can think of to do is do more deepconditioners with moisturizing conditioners and use a lot more moisturizing products. as for the hand in hair syndrome you're on your own with that one. I CAN'T STOP EITHER!

Where is the breakage? Could be how your sleeping? Do you cover your hair at night? Are your hats lined?

As for hand in fro syndrome, there is NO cure! I'm exactly the same because my hair feels MARVELLOUS! I'm doing C&G too, but because my hair is quite thick and I feel it can handle it, I'm putting it back in after 2 weeks.

I am baggying my whole head at night. I might just do a little dusting to get any ends that might me damaged from before LHCF. My hair is thin/fine so playing in it is very damaging.
