How the hell did I go from armpit to almost above shoulder length? I don't know were I when wrong can someone give some advice. I tried to go natural, It's been 7 months sense I last relaxed, I had my baby 7 months ago could this be the reason why? heeeeeeeeeeeelp me please.

Could it be shrinkage since you haven't had a relaxer in 7 months? Have you had alot of shedding and/or breakage? I know some people go through postpartum shedding after having a baby.

Sounds like shrinkage. My hair barely covers the nape of my neck when I airdry and I can barley get it into a ponytail. I did a roller set a few weeks ago and my hair was shoulder length. If you haven't used heat for a while, try heat on a section of your hair to see if you really have breakage. By the way, I am 7 months post to.

I don't know what I was thinking trying to go natural, anywho I changed my mind and ended up buying a relaxer. I noticed that when I became a member of the board, I washing twice a week using surge plus 14 every day 3 times a day, I co-washed more then any thing, I used hollywood beauty olive oil to condition my end, and motions cpr, and I tried the baggie method for 5 months before I relaxed again. And before I forget I was taking cod liver oil, l-cysteine,and panthothenic adcid which helped my hair a whole lot. I kept a little hair journal that I had to look into to get me back on track, and I noticed that coming back to the board has shown me that I am weak without all the help from u ladies, because I feel off and didn't even know it,and It made me realize that I was not treating my hair with the same care as before. My hair was damage from the kinky twist I got done, and wore 4 only 3 weeks, my ends were shot plus the shrinkage, after the relaxer I still had lots of length, but it was not healthy so I had to cut about 3 1/2 inches off. I treated my hair and now it's almost out the hospital, but once I get back to bsl it will be a full recovery. sorry this was kinda long luv u all, and thanks for your support and advice.
