i've been taking my vitamins for almost 2 months now and i haven't had a relaxer since august. my newgrowth usually grows in very curly, but now it's growing in wavy. i kinda miss my curls. what do i do?
Hey hairlover~~ don't fret! It's normal for curly heads to have straighter hair at the roots as it gets longer due to the weight. The hair farther down towards the ends is less inhibited by weight and should remain springy & curly. NC.com has all kinds of threads about how to get volume at the roots if it becomes problematic for you. You can try scrunching with your head upside down for one possible remedy.
