My hair is shedding more then I like and I think I know why she put the relaxer on my ends to and I think that's why so what can I do and this won't happen again that's what happen when you are being lazy and cheap I let my cousin do my touch up cuase I didn't have the money to go to the salon

Do a deep condition every 3 days to restore your moisture back to your hair..my mother in law permed my whole head about 6 months ago and I was mad but I was able to save my hair by doing a deep condition...you can also do a protein treatment. When did she perm your hair?

Wow, Im sorry to hear of your hair troubles. The only thing I can suggest is to baby it and keep it moisturized. Absolutely NO direct heat on it, as this could worsen the problem.
