Help Me Tame My Frizzy Hair!

Hair Goddesses,

My hair most definitely has the "poof" factor. What product can I use on my hair to minimize poofiness and should I apply it only when I know poofiness is going to occur?

I'm relaxed........for now.

I'd recommend Kera Care silken seal ... it works wonders...just a dime size amount totally tames your hair. Macherieamour uses it also...you might check out her blog ... www.healthytextures.com she mentions it on several of her posts on there and her hair is absolutely beautiful.

a good conditioner, a serum or silicone spray, an all natural oil, a silk hair scarf.

I would sugguest you using frizz ease on your hair (the serum form) and then covering it with a silk wrap. HTH
