Help, Ladies!!!

I went saturday and let a person of a lighter hue dye my hair. It is horrible,what was suppose to be a light brown, turned out blue gray. Is there something I can do to fix this color. TIA

how in the world did it turn grey, what color was it before?

My hair natural color is like a light golden brown. My hair has started turning gray in the front. I have been to her before, but she has only cut my hair. So I trusted her to dye it. No, I don't have any pictures, and I don't know what brand she used. I have called her, she haven't returned my call. I am going to try to be nice about it, but it she pushes, I will push back.

I had an unfortunate incident with a stylist once. I called the Better Business Bureau and they suggested that I get my money back or else supply them with more information on that entire beauty shop...!!! Of course I haven't gone back there since. erplexed
