I went saturday and let a person of a lighter hue dye my hair. It is horrible, what was suppose to be a light brown, turned out blue gray. Is there something I can do to fix this color. TIA

wow! i'm sorry to hear this. do you have any pictures? do you know what brand of dye they used?

how in the world did it turn grey, what color was it before?

Thanks for your reply,
My hair natural color is like a light golden brown. My hair has started turning gray in the front. I have been to her before, but she has only cut my hair. So I trusted her to dye it. No, I don't have any pictures, and I don't know what brand she used. I have called her, she haven't returned my call. I am going to try to be nice about it, but it she pushes, I will push back.

I had an unfortunate incident with a stylist once. I called the Better Business Bureau and they suggested that I get my money back or else supply them with more information on that entire beauty shop...!!! :nono: Of course I haven't gone back there since. :perplexed
