AND I NEED A GOOD MOISTURIZER OR LEAVE IN CON TO SOFTEN UP THESE ROOTS OR SOMETHING. My hair is so tangled its a mess. I need it to soften up to comb it out for a relaxer in a couple days, but its so dry.

Africa's Best Kid's Organics Shea Butter Moisturizer

African Royale BRX Braid Spray

S-Curl Texturizer Spray

I would suggest using one or all of these products on your roots to help detangle, moisturize, and soften your hair. I would not suggest that you wash your hair before your chemical service. All of these work great for me with detangling. The Kids Organics Moisturizer is the Best, followed by S-Curl, followed by the BRX Braid Spray.

I would use these products to detangle my hair and gently comb with a wide tooth comb until all of my hair was detangled. I would place my hair in a ponytail, then tie it with a satin scarf so that the hair can dry and laydown fairly smooth. This works really well for me, I am a 4-B currently 12 weeks post shooting for 14 weeks.

Good Luck!!!:D

Elasta QP DPR-11 deep conditioner for 30 minutes under a dryer will do it for you. I've used this on many and it's never let me down:grin:
