HELP! I think I am addicted to

braid spray! I was looking at some of the other braid regimens you ladies posted and some of you spray your braids two or three times a week. I spray my hair two or three times an hour! I even have a small bottle of my top secret elixir in my locker and spray every time I go to the bathroom at work. My scalp itches and since I can't wash my hair as often as I like I spray it. Will this damage my braids or scalp?

F.Y.I. My top secret elixir is mostly water.

I doubt you'll harm your hair, on the contrary a little extra moisture never hurt anyones' tresses. So feel free to spray on. If you have human hair braids it extra moisture may begin to unravel the braid prematurely.
