Some of us student designers got together and are putting on a fashion show on campus and it's tomorrow night!... I don't know how to do my hair!... I want something that REALLY stands out... but i feel like i've worn out all my options... Since i'm only a freshman so i really haven't made a name on campus but i want to make a great impression...

Help please!!!!!

what kind of fashion show is it? as in what kind of clothes will u be modeling? I know i've been to a few of the edgier shows at my school and the girls did braids on both sides going into mohawks and things of that nature....

I'm the one on the right... natural

I am not a model i'm a designer... the clothes are very retro 80s and early 90s inspired... everything is reconstructed vintage and thrift items or from other salvaged materials... but anyway I have to walk out after my segment and i have to introduce myself at the end of the show and talk about the line

I was thinking the same thing about faux mohawks.
But the latest hair styles are the ones that are asymmetrical. Braid/flat twist one side and have the other side out either curly or pressed. Sorta like Rihanna.

Or sport a killa wig. That'll transform ya.

I was thinkin maybe a curly faux version of the "Kelis"

I can't really do cornrows so i'll have to use hella bobbypins... i think i'll do a trial run

It might be too late for her to get a killa wig. :(
