HELP! I don\'t know what\'s wrong.

My ends are clumping together and shedding like crazy. Could it be the Infusium 23 that I used? Do I need a trim? I don't know what's going on.

How many times a week go you use Infusium 23? Do you keep your ends moisturized?

2-3 times per week. I don't moisturize everyday, but when I wash 2-3 times per week.
