Help! How can I create this style?

I would really like to wear my hair this way for wedding this week-end. I have about 5 inches of natural hair that can shrink up to 1.5 inches. How can I achieve this look?

Her hair is twisted into the hair coils around itself to make something like a bantu knot. All you would have to do is take a small section of hair and twist it until it coils down to your scalp. You may need to pin a few to keep them in place. I did this once when I had locs.

Little perm rods would be my guess.

Maybe you could also do a twist out or do bantu knots (and then comb them loose).
