Help!! Dominican Leave-in Conditioner

Hi Ladies,

I have been going to a Dominican salon for about two weeks now and find that my hair is thicker and smoother now that they are doing it. I have fine hair, which appears to be thinning (So i have convinced myself). Anyway, the stylist used this leave-in conditioner with Garlic in it before she set my hair. I think it was by Salerm or Alter Ego or something like that. They wouldn't let me look at it long enough to determine who it was made by.

Ladies, my hair came out so silky and smooth that I have to get that conditioner. My hair was also thicker and healthy looking. I do not know what it is about those dominicans but they sure can do hair! Can anyone help? I would like a picture of it or a link or something.

Thanks!

It appears as if they used the ALTER-EGO Garlic hot oil treatment on me. The only thing is that they didn't rinse it off. Can you use it that way? Anyone try this product and has seen good results? How is it used as a leave-in before you set your hair?

Someone mentioned on another thread that it's good for shedding,IIRC.

Really? But the bottle says hot oil treatment. I guess it can also be used as a leave-in two? Is is an actual oil or is it creamy like a conditioner?

IIRC someone that garlic something(can't recall the name of the product exactly) was good for shedding.
