HELP! AFFIRM RELAXER PROBLEM

I switched from mizani to affirm just to try something new, and twice i have had an issue with the last section that was relaxed getting kinky two weeks after relaxing. i never had this problem with mizani. the second time i used affirm, she even left it on a little longer (regular strength) and it seems to have happened again. if i had left it on any longer, i would be bald! anyone ever had this happen? any suggestions?

You said that was the spot that was proccessed the least? Its been underproccessed then. Not too much you can do about it except to make sure that next tiem EVERY part of your had gets equal processing time...
