and actually i dont really have a regime per se, i just do whatever my hair feels like it needs. i keep myhair in braid extenstions 4-6 weeks at a time...co wash 2x or less a week and oisturize and seal daily. when my hair is loose i co wash about 2-3x a week,clarify when needed ad moisturize daily too.:grin:
