I am a newbie here and I have been readin glots of wonderful ideas and I can't wait to get started. I will be reading up on all the terms so I wont sound too goofy

they were here and there..for example: cowash...I dunno what I was thinking at first but I know it conditioner wash
Or EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil...I got that from Rachel Ray
but I am doing pretty good. I am skimming the mousturizer threads now...next to find out how to roll and wrap my hair

This is funny. Racheal Ray was the first person I heard say EVOO also. I was lost watching her show for a minute! lol. Then she broke down and said it one day. I was like....DING! :lol:

yeah I feel it coming too. I think I will try to keep it simple though...I have been trying to get healther so I will try to stick with the less processed products...for now anyway...we'll see what works

Welcome from one newbie to another too! Tell me if you find the list with all the abbreviations because I am still struggling to figure them out, especially the ones for the hair lengths (APL???). Anyway, I think everyone online loves this website...so much helpful info

Welcome!

By the way, "APL" is "arm pit length". "BSL" is "bra-strap length".

I hope that helps you both!;)

I saw it on her somewhere I will search and add it if I do find it
