Just wanted to introduce myself: I'm Gracie and ... well I've been reading this forum since 2007, and today I finally took the plunge and got a paid subscription! And I'm so glad I did! There is so much more here than just what I was getting regularly

Just want to say that you ladies have been instrumental in many of my hair and health changes... Thank you!
