i sit under the dryer biweekly to do my deep conditioning treatments; i use to deep condition 2x a week but i realize i was doing too many protein treatments so now i only do it every 2 weeks.
I sit under the dryer when I do deep protein conditionings (once a month).
Every blue moon, I do a roller set (once / twice every four months).
Re: Heat users, how often do you sit under the dry
Are you talking about dry heat or heat to process conditioners or both?
Me? It’s twice a week. The first time is to kinda dry part way after a CO wash in a bun with my scarf on for about 20 minutes. It’s never completely dry but I don’t like going to bed with wet hair.

Okay, I've got to update my response. Made the decision this week to go to the salon only every other week (as opposed to each week). I will be air drying on those weekends that I don't go to the salon (I've also decided to wash/condition/air dry my hair mid-week as well . . . inspired by you ladies on this forum who are doing the 2x a week thing. The first air dry in my life happened on Wednesday. I got a nice result with a braidout). Anyway, l'll still be going under my hood dryer once a week for deep conditioning.
