HEAT TRAINED LADIES-SUMMER REGIMEN?

I'm wondering how heat trained ladies style their hair in the summer. Does humidity ruin your results? How do you retain your strait style or do you even try to straiten your hair in the summer?

Sabino helps keep my hair straight but I also do braid outs. I will also rinse my hair and wear it up.

i am in the process of heat training, and I have been wearing it blowdried in bun or a "puffy" a la Rudy Huxtable pulled back with hair Zing or bobby pins

Thanks for the replies. I'm not going to heat train until the fall. I am hoping to retain more growth with 2 strand twists until then. So far, it's good.
