Heat Protection Question

Hi Ladies,

I have a question...
I have a couple of heat protectants in my cabinet. I'm trying to steer away from flat ironing, but I cant go cold turkey. I haven't flat ironed it in two weeks, I've been doing bantu knots and just wash n go(which doesn't really work for my relaxed head).

Anyway, I'm gonna flat iron tonight, just not sure which one I have that should be used. I have Chi Spray and serum, Biosilk, and Beyone the Zone spray and a serum.

If someone could please offer me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

My siggy pic is last March, when I started my HHJ. The last one is last month.

The Biosilk will probably give you a great shine and it doesn't weigh down the hair.
