Last night I washed with some shampure and used some ORS Mayo. I was going to use some moisturefuse but I needed some protien. The heat cap was easy to use. It had a chin strap to hold it in place. The only complaint I have about it is that it took a while for it to get as hot as I wanted it to. At first I thought it really wasn't hot but after I had it on for about ten mintues I realized it really is kinda hot. My overall experience was great and I give it a 9 out of ten. My hair was felt more moisturized and much softer after using it. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Were you using an electrical heat cap or the self heating one? If you were using the electrical(as I do) I usually turn it on before I shampoo my hair so it is nice and hot when I am ready to condition....
