Healthy Hair Cocktail?????

This may sound crazy but I would like to know if I can throw all of this stuff into my vitamix and still get the same effect:

Carrot
Blueberry
Soy Protein
Aloe Vera Juice
Brewers Yeast
Chlorophyll
Spirulina
Orange Juice

I am familiar with the benefits of everything in this cocktail. However, I am not sure if these will react well together or if they will cancel each other out or what:confused: . Should I just blend it all up and chug it, or should I take each seperately throughout the day.

I am also taking Flax Seed oil and trying to get rid of most of my vitamins:look:

Taste great to me:yay:, and it really gives me a ton of energy in the morning and I am not as hungry...I have only been doing it for a couple of days and I feel healthy and great.

I will keep doing it and check with some folks at whole foods to see if it is too much.

I think I will also start juicing my carrots & blueberries separately in the evenings :yep:

I think I am more concerned with the soy protein powder disrupting the benefits of everything else...I don't think this is likely since the brand of protein powder that I use has a bit of spirulina in it anyway :scratchch
