Okay, so I BC'ed a few months back.

I started off with new products.
And kept some of my old ones.
I started out seeing how my old ones worked with my new hair.. its HATES about 70% of them.
My money is VERY funny and I haven't bought too many things.
Well, my aunt buys me nearly the whole Miss jessies' line.
Mind you, I had just been doing my twists with cantu shea butter and coconut oil, with a little loc butter and they were fine.
Well, why did my hair just LOVE everything?
The shampoo, the conditioner and it LOOOOOOOVED that danm butter creme
My hair is so soft and moisturized and I did a twistout today and it just looks so shiny and moisturized.

WHY did my hair have to like this stuff?
Did I mention it LOVES kinky curly AND qhemets?
They are ALL out of my price range for what I would like to use...
I still have quite a bit of product that will probably lasts me about 6-9 months, but what am I supposed to do after that?

*sigh*

Am I alone?
Am I the only one who has bourgeoisie hair? :nono:

Zee you still have time, you can put a little money back each week to save if you love the products. If not continue to use what was working for you before.

I agree,
But then Im like, I guess I didnt know that it was working until I found out how much this DOES work.
Ya know?
My bday is in May so Imma pimp FH into buying me more for my bday and pimp family for next Christmas..
I got a plan...

My hair rejected cantu as I started to transition but it also rejected the giovanni direct leave in. It's really snooty. I think my hair is going green before I do, it seems to like organic products, fruits and veggies, and lots of water. It also seems to prefer a water filter. Even though many of "our" products aren't in TJMaxx, Marshall's, etc (yet), maybe you can find a bourgeoisie product there that your loves :). You may also want to check out those threads that compare two or three similar products, there may be a Miss Jessie's-like product that may work ina similar fashion.

:lachen:LOL!

This is why I don't even want to try those lines. My hair better stay happy with Pantene and John Frieda.

I definitely have "bougie" hair. I'm not much of a product junkie because of it. It's too expensive. But definitely save your money to buy the things your hair likes and then use them SPARINGLY!
