i don't want to call attention to what's actually going on to the video as i do some of the comments. there's someone posting that seems absolutely vehement about relaxers. but, that aside, why is our hair such a hotly debated topic? why does everything we do with our hair have to be political or 'self-hating'? why can't it be self-expression! or something beautiful? where do you think all this negativity comes from?
