I've used these -- both the styling sheets and the treatment sheets. They are for all hair types.
I was interested in the styling sheets because I was looking for something light that would hydrate/moisturize my hair but wouldn't make it revert. They were okay. They are basically a small cloth with some type of silicone-based product. Each sheet is supposed to be for one use but I could get two out of them (my hair is pretty thin/fine).
I like the treatment sheets a bit better than the styling sheets. I did feel that these strengthened my hair after a few uses. Also, I like having an option for an overnight treatment that is not messy, greasy, wet or smelly.
