Have you guys ever had a situation with fraud when you ordered your products?

I order various products from different websites. And i think somebody clipped me for 39.99. Have you all ever had that happen to you? And most of my products are professional products so i cant find them in the BSS.

What do you mean by clipped? I ordered from an online vendor and paid with a money order. They never shipped my order and apologized about it- and still never sent my order. I also ordered something unrelated from what I thought was a secured site and my info was stolen and account drained. I've only had two mishaps out of the numerous times I've ordered things online in general. HTH

I have had my credit card information stolen 3 times in the last two years. I only use 100% natural products for my hair and skin and have no other choice but to order my ingredients on line

The only time I had any problem was when I ordered from TexasBeautySupply.I sent a money order(wasn't comfy with using my cc on line)and they cashed the money order and never sent my things.I contacted them numerous times with no response.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I don't advise anyone to order from Sheldeez.com. I am natural now, my one year anniversary of the big chop was Oct.2007. I order everything in large quantities because I order products for myself as well as my daughter. Sheldeez was the only place, BLACK OWNED & OPERATED that I ordered from because you can get professional products without a license. I was relaxing with Affirm at the time and my daughter was using Mizani. I must say I dealt with them for a year without a problem. Well, I ordered the Keracare super reconstructor (2) and got an email that it was on backorder and would ship when they get it in. Well to this day I have yet to receive it ...or a credit to my credit card....or response to my emails about it...or someone to answer the phone. This was just another thing that pushed my daughter and I to do the big chop...we had below the shoulder length hair. My before and after pictures and 1 yr natural are in the picture gallery. WE ARE ESTACTIC as naturals...you can use over the counter products or anything extra moisturizing. But with ordering ...its always a chance of fraud.......

It basically means someone made a charge with my card.

Call your CC co. and let them do an investigation. I always order from the same website, so I can narrow down any culprits.

I had this happen with the hair care products site owned by Hairsisters. I ordered some conditioner from them. The product is discontinued, but they had it own their site as if they have some left. They never sent it and I was unable to get a response so that I could get a refund.

I've never had it happen but i know that the way things are these days it could definitely happen. We all need to be careful

You know what happened the charge was from one of those get rich quick websites. They charged my card 2 times one for 39.99 and another one around 17.00. So either it was when i ordered something someone used my information or i'd hate to think it was my brother because he frequents those sites. So i am going to the bank to dispute those charges. From now on i am just ordering from 2 websites. For the pj'ers i think you really take a risk when you order your products online from various websites. This cured me from ordering all over the place.
