Yeah I use it as my mid protein step after rinsing out the relaxer before the shampoo. Only the 2 min reconstructor

nope and I wouldn't dare try it. Aphogee 2 step and i have broken up. Left me with too much shedding and breakage. Couple that with a relaxer all in one day and it would spell disaster for my head
