I have not tried either of those, however, I wrote down a concoction that someone posted sometime ago for fast hairgrowth, but I've yet to try it. It is as follows:
1 Tsp of cayenne pepper and 1/2 cup of olive oil. Mix the 2 together, apply to your scalp, leave on for 30 mins., shampoo and condition. Once again, its supposed to really stimulate the scalp thus producing faster growth.

I used to use the garlic shampoo. The one I used had SLS in it and dried my hair out. It came highly recommended but didn't work for me.

The person Im talking about says that they buy the shampoos from Hispanic Hair shops. She said the name of the one she used was in spanish(of course). However, there is one by Queen Helene that is odor-free. They dont sell these type of products where I live. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
