I use take Buried Treasures Liquid vitamins. They make a really good Ester C liquid vitamin. I like the prenatal liquid vitamin that they make too. I've never been pregnant but tried it because of all the minerals in it. I stopped taking the multivitamin formula because I didn't see that much of a benefit. I saw some like increased energy and less cramping when I'm on my period. I switched back to a pill form just try something different.

I have tried Centrum...it tasted really good...however you got more vitamins for the money if you bought the pills (more servings)...

I like the Liquid Centrum better than the pill version: My nutritionist had me do a test on my vitamins...put one in a glass of water with a tsp. of vinegar in it...if the pill is not dissolved in 20 minutes or less...then it is simply passing through your system without much absorbtion...so it is not doing you any good...

Centrum pills did not dissolve hardly at all. The liquid...well...that is basically already dissolved. If you cannot take pills...then this is the way to go...

However if you can take pills...I bought the kind reccomended by my nutritionist...when I finished that bottle...I took it to GNC...and matched up the ingredient lable...with MegaWoman without Iron...it dissolved within 10 minutes and has the dosage of vitamins my husband and I needed.

He of course hates taking MEGAWOMAN vitamins...I just tell him dont look at the pink box!

Thanks for posting this! I did a search because I KNEW I remember reading about this vitamin somewhere on this forum...I've emailed the company to ask more specific questions because I'm really tired of taking tablets and capsules and not having them dissolve completely in my system.

I used to take the vitamin shoppe's liquid vitamins (orange flavored); the taste wasn't too bad(not too goo either), but bearable but I didn't like the way the vitamins made me feel...they made me light-headed or slight tummy ache(a few minutes right after taking)so I should have taken food with it. Plus weren't as mobile for me so I would forget all the time to take it.

Yes, I just can't think of the name off hand but it's very nice & has an orange flavor to it... I't just like orange juice & can be mixed with orange juice...:lick:

Wow! thanks for sharing that! I am definitely going to test my vitamins! thanks!

Yes - thanks for the information. I'm going to try this on my Vitamin Shoppe vitamins when I get home.

I've tried the Womens Ultra Mega liquid vitamin from GNC. It's good. I used to mix with OJ and could faintly taste it. Its very sweet so I started mixing it with water and drinking. It reminds me of an orange flavored 'Pucker' (liquor). But I never bought a 2nd bottle because i actually got tired of the taste and plus I was slowly learning how to swallow a pill....

I don't like to take pills, so for me it's either liquid or chewable lol. If i need an antibiotic from the doctor, I request that it be made into a liquid bubble gum flavor (I'm such a kid!)

I used to take a liquid sold at Whole Foods or the Vitamin Shoppe called Colloidial (sp?) Vitamins or something...it's in a dark bottle and you take one capfull per day. Keep it refridgerated. It was ok, but back then, I wasn't watching out for any hair or body benefits. It was just something that I was always told to do...take vitamins, that is. I only bought this liquid once because it was kinda pricey at around 30 dollars per bottle. It lasted one month.

I also used to take one Flintstones chewable, but I think that I developed a skin allergy (mild hives) to the red color additive. I recently purchased another chewable multivitamin by Country Life. It's a wafer that doesn't have all of the preservatives as the more commercially marketed vitamins. I bought it at the Vitamin Shoppe the other day. I'll see how this one works out. So far, so good. It was only 14.95 for 60 wafers ...so that's a full two month supply :)

edited to add that another benefit of chewables for me is they are portable!
