To be a PJ?

I usually just stick to my staples but lately i've been wanting to try this and that and these and the other:lachen:.

You PJ ladies seem to have so much fun when it comes to trying out products. I wanna be one too!!:drunk:

LOL!!!

i know i buy a lot of product, but i try to stick to staples. i just want what works best for my hair and unfortunately that means going through trial & error. ;) i would consider myself a PJ by accident...

LOL!

I know what type of products my hair likes and doesn't like.....like my hair hates mineral oil and petrolatum....it likes natural types of products like shea butter and vatika oil and other oils.

So i was thinking i could base my purchases off of this and try products that fall into the category of what my hair really likes.

THIS IS ME!! I keep thinking that theres something out there thats way better than my staples, but so far, I keep running back to the old faithful standbys! LOL

Trust me it's no fun. I've spent about $1000 since I joined this board trying to jump on all these bandwagons and buying stuff people say worked so well for their hair and still haven't found anything that works for mine...so be thankful you have that kind of control I'm officially going into PJ Rehab :nono:

All of a sudden I do have the urge- I have found my staples, I thought I had conquered my PJ'ism.....but it keeps calling me.

This weekend I went on an internet shopping TEAR- it's something about receiving new packages in the mail.

YES!!! Getting packages delivered gives me such a high. Going to the bss or Sally's is fun, but nothing compares to having the UPS man deliver boxes to your door :look:

Now that summer is here, my hair is longer I am so determined to figure out how to do a WnG without my hair becoming a tangled mess. It's always hit and miss for me so I'm so compelled to hit up the beauty shop and buy everything and see what works :drunk:.

^^ That's why my hair is now in extension cornrows :lachen:so I don't go crazy!

1k in close to a year? Pssht, I wish. My thousand is plural...

Okay...i'm already eyeing some Carol's Daughter products as well as Shescentit and Hairveda.....i do wanna try that Macadamia Fixing Gel for my edges.

I want to find the BOMB Deep conditioner.......something that will make my hair feel even silkier than ORS Replenishing conditioner!!

Yeah me too. In fact, I'm an accidental, on-purpose, unrestrained restrained, never wanna give up my need to give up my PJism kinda gal. Dunno if dat made sense ta yinna, but it sho' nuff made sense ta me:grin:.

What are my staples again? Oh yeah, EVERYTHING I GAT:lachen:. Hooo, I really need help ya'll. I'm really workin' on it though

NOT:grin:!!!

Too broke to be a PJ. If I can find what for my hair in the food aisle, then it's all good. I don't bother with the BSS anymore. I use just straight up natural food product lol.

Oooh chil' tiffs, don't get me started. I mean, when my packages come, you'd swear I just got a Christmas, a Valentine's day and a birthday present all at the same time. Shoots, I might as well add Independence in there too, cause it almost sound like I could hear fireworks going off right up above my head, woo hoo:yep:,

Ain't it grand!

~sighs~! Haaaaa!

I am already looking up and down the food isle in the grocery store tryna figure out what I'll be buying for my hair next, as if I don't have enough stuff already:nono:.
