look so believeable? I don't get the part that goes on the forehead...is it glued down?

I don't think they are all believable:(

This is one of those things that people have started to abuse

When some black women wear them it looks like Caucasian hair growing from their scalp. Up close you can see the lace and the shiny euro hair:confused:

I prefer weaves, they blend better with textured hair...but weaves are also abused so what can you do:cool: .

lacefront website shows how it is made and worn

They part your hair underneath so that your scalp shows through the lace. they use a special glue to glue it in front of your hairline and then makeup is used to disguise the lace. Sometimes they use makeup on the part to make it look more believable.

Thanks! I've never seen any in person so I wasn't sure if it looks as real in person.

I think it CAN do, like a good weave, I don't glue mine, just pin it to my cornrows, well people just ask who did my weave? :ohwell: - they think it's blended very well with my hair

I honestly dont think they look that real.
You can defintely see the lace front up close especially in pictures. Like someone else said the texture in most lacefronts doesnt look too real. It does look like Caucasian hair.

I think half wigs (if u wear them properly) look more believable than lace fronts. Plus you dont have to put glue on your head.
