When I used them I liked them because they are just like sponge rollers but you don't get that hard plastic pressing into your head. Just make sure you moisturize those ends well before using them and use end wrap papers. They will soak up the moisture in you hair if you are not careful.
Oh almost forgot to mention. They are slightly smaller(shorter) that the average sponge roller.
