A lot of people who claim good results have used the powder form. Are the pills just as good?
Just a warning from my experience with MSM pills - I suffered from a severe detox reaction when I began taking it (several days ago), to the extent that I was bedridden for three days. This may just be an idiosyncrasy to my body, but I would be very cautious when adding supplements to a regimen. I've done some research, and I know that if I reduce the dosage and increase my water intake it will pass, but...is that really worth the suffering? I'm done with MSM. Not saying that it might not have fantastic results for others, but that was my personal experience with the supplement.
