Has anyone used just pure lanolin?

I bought some yesterday, and used it with Recovery for my ends and to lay down my new growth. I really like it. /images/graemlins/dance7.gif

Where do you get it from? I would like to make my own Dax vegetable oil for my ends. Another question can you purchase Bergamot too?

I went to a health food store and they had it. I used it when I was a teenager and it worked really well. I find that now when I use it I have to mix it with the Recovery otherwise it's too thick to work with.

I got it at the healthfood store here...my mom says that's what they used when she was growing up in Ghana and her hair was long and thick...hmmm

Never thought to use it for my hair. I have quite a bit left over from when I was breastfeeding. I'll have to try it on my ends.

Many years ago I used lanolin. I don't know why I stopped. I can't remember -- I have oldsheimers!
