It's called Ice Shine!!! It's supposed to increase the shine in your hair. I want to try it so bad. There's a picture of my husband and I on our refrigerator. It was taken a couple weeks after our second son was born. My hair had soo much shine it was ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was the hormones that caused that or what. I don't think I took prenatal vitamins. But my hair is sooo dull looking now. So everytime I walk past the refrigerator, I just kind of admire the picture. Hoping I don't have to have any more "BaBa's kids" to get that shine again. :lachen:

Girl don't waste you money. I was JUSt in walmart looking at the ingredients and it was the SAME ingredients as the other old pantene stuff.

I was checking out Pantene ingriedients today at Wal-Mart today too! They had 2 serums, 2 different colored packages, one marketed to dry, frizzy hair types and the other for curly hair. The ingriedients were EXACTLY the same!! That's soooo messed up, right there. :hammer:

I read the ingriedients on the Ice Shine Shampoo and it varies only slightly from the Clarifying Shampoo, it's older sibling. I notice the Ice Shine contains more Citric Acid than the Clarifying one. I plan on trying an ACV rinse after shampooing, as the acidity is supposed to increase shine. And for now I'll pass on the Pantene.

Okay, so what increases shine????

ACV is known to and so do henna conditioing treatments. Coconut oil applied on wet hair gives extra bling too.

Cool. And what can I do to give it shine naturally?? Like, without having to add products!!!

After washing doing a final cold water rinse helps to enhance shine and seal the hair cuticles.

Yes, I've tried it! When I used other Pantene conditioners, I tried it!

Sorry--couldn't resist. Pantene clones all of their conditioners and puts a different label on each. :(

That sucks!!! That sucks bad!!!

But you know what though. I was looking at some other pictures and my hair didn't shine like the picture on my refrigerator, but it still shined. And my hair is so dull now. But as I was looking at these other pictures, I realized I was flat-ironing my hair then. So, does flat-irons give you shine?? I haven't used my Hai flat-irons since July 4th. I wondered if that is why my hair looks so dull now. I haven't used blowdryers or flat-irons.
