Has anyone tried anything I like this to cover thinning areas?

Has anyone tried anything I like this to cover thinning areas? I have some thinning on my edges still...until I grow it out I don't bun or anything where you can really tell. From the video, you can't even tell, but you never know in person right.

Have never tried it. But might pick up some to cover my grays. I wonder if it comes off when you rub it once it dries or if you have to wash it out.
