Has Anyone Here Done A Sleep Study?

i have a sleep study coming up and on the paper, it says to notify them prior to if I have weaves or extensions in. I have faux locs in but I feel like that is no different than regular locs as far as maneuverability and access to my scalp so I don't know if I should let them know or not. Does anyone have experience with this?

You should let them know. I had a sleep study years ago. They will be putting paste in you scalp to Connect the electrodes to your scalp. FYI it's was horrible to wash out.

I had one years ago. Per my then directions, my scalp had to be cleaned, so the electrodes would be allowed to adhere to the scalp without any problems.

Hopefully, acv, AVJ, and chelating/clarifying shampoos, etc., will make it easy for you to remove the adhesives from your scalp.

Though it's different to sleep all wired up, try to relax and get a good night's sleep.
