Has Anyone Ever Gotten a Rollerset...

...at a place like Great Clips or SuperCuts? Do they even do those there? If you have, what your experience and what was the price? I'm considering getting a quickie rollerset tomorrow before I head out of town but I don't want to pay any more than $20.
