Haven't used it. Posting to bump and coz any blow dryer will dry your hair out if used improperly - i.e. heat too high and used too much.

yes i know. that's why i rarely blow dry my hair. i never like the way it feels afterward. i use heat protectant and use only low-medium heat. but it still feels dried out. i also have never used a professional blow dryer so i was hoping that maybe i would have better results with one.
