Think Slim
Why is that people feel a need to document every move I make?

Two managers at my job have their offices strategically located so that they can tell when people are coming and going. Whatever, doesn't bother me, cause I'm always here (posting).

What really gets under my skin is the fact that these same two boobs patrol the corridors up and down, back and forth, documenting who is/isn't at their desk. He passes my office and peers in, will come back if someone is sitting with me and he does this to everyone!

Now, if you have a problem controlling your staff, that's your problem, but reminder: I don't work for YOU, I'm a friggin' consultant!

This somewhat happened to me when I was an intern at Humana in the Employment Tax Dept from June to Dec 2004. For time, you got to input the amount of time you're present for the day. 8am-5pm was considered 8hrs. If you left early like at 4:30 or 4:45, they would be so particular about it. I remember I had to go back and edit my time after a supervisor said "Someone said you haven't been working all these hours you say you're working." And it was because I would leave early. So I had to change my time to 7.5hrs or 7.75 hrs! Ridiculous!!!
