Can anyone tell me how you are using this? Do you mix it in your favorite conditioner? If so, how? Also, how much you are puttign into your conditioner? How 1 table spoon? A cap full?

I just got mine the other day...haven't used it yet. But in her directions, one of the suggested uses is to mix it with conditioner:

Methi Sativa is a unique blend of infused herbs, botanics and wheat protein. This product was made to restore lost protein to your hair and strengthen it over time.

Here are the many ways you can use Methi Sativa:
· Use MS after you shampoo, squirting a small amount over your hair and finger combing through. Apply conditioner and let it sit for 2 minutes. Rinse
· Blend a tablespoon of MS with your favorite conditioner for a deep Protein Conditioner Treatment.
· Use MS after your relaxer touchup after neutralizing. Apply to towel dried hair, comb through and leave on for 20 minutes under a plastic cap. Rinse and apply conditioner (No heat needed)
· Use MS after a color /dye treatment. Follow the same instructions for relaxer touchups.

Basic Recipes:

Nourishing Masque: Add 1 TBS of MS to 2 TBS of Conditioner, 1 TBS oil, 1 TBS honey. Mix well. Smooth onto to hair and saturate well. Leave on the hair for 10-12 minutes for a nourishing treatment. Rinse. Shampoo if desired. Discard leftovers.

Protein Conditioner: Add MS to Conditioner for a boost of protein: 1 part MS to 2 parts Conditioner . Mix well.

Safety Precautions:
This protein tea is non edible. Keep out of the reach of children, not for use on children. Avoid eye contact. If this product gets into your eyes flush immediately with water to avoid irritation. Go to the Emergency room if you experience irritation.

Thanks.

Also, has anyone use MS with your SitriNila Conditioner?

I went to the hair salon a couple weeks ago and had a relaxer and a rinse and my hair is shedding/breaking badly. So the other week, I followed the relaxer/color recipe. The shedding did decrease, but I think I'm going to try it again this week, b/c I still have shedding.

Thanks.

Good question! :yep:
Given the heavenly way the Sitrinillah works, seems like mixing the MS tea would give you the best of both worlds - moisture and protein.

When I emailed BJ to ask a question about my shipment, she was very responsive. I bet if you ask her that question about how much conditioner, she would answer you.
